Project background
The municipal committee, the municipal government of Weiwu and all walks of life all showed great support to the project. Zhang Xusheng, secretary of the municipal committee and director of the Standing Committee of Weiwu Municipal People＇s Congress, Xiao Qingping, mayor and vice secretary of the municipal committee, Guo Chenglu, deputy mayor and member of the Standing Committee of Weiwu Municipal People＇s Congress, etc paid visit to our Company and held business negotiations on this project. Investment framework agreements on four projects, including urban construction, burning of urban domestic waste and agricultural waste for power generation were signed.

On the signing ceremony, leader of Weiwu showed that great support will be given to the city reconstruction and trade, so as to create a better and loose development environment for our Company. The signing of those agreements marked an all-round cooperation stage of the two sides.

Project significance
The project is an implementation of "the West China Development Strategy" by CNIEC and also symbolizes an important move of the Company in the northwest region. As a beginning of CNIEC in the northwest China, this project, at the same time of forging a brand-new Weiwu city, strives to cover the peripheral areas as Shaanxi, Ningxia, Xinjiang, etc. A pure business real estate project following the first super-large-scale high-class residential product radiating the entire northwest region, the project means a breakthrough of the traditional concept on the real estate and marks a milestone of CNIEC in searching the most advanced HOPSCA business real estate mode, so as to represent the resplendence of Weiwu.
