It is reported that Hefei Fashion Home project, developed by North China, have been close to the end stage. It could be put in use after comprehensive inspection as soon as project ends in November. So far, the project has recovered the full investment costs and realized part of profits. The remaining business plan is to sell all existing homes.

Hefei Fashion Home is located in IT commercial center of Hefei city, northbound section of Susong, the city main road. The project is just start of opening project that North China set up in the capital city. This project is also one of the 11 key projects specialized in old city transformation in Hefei. In 2006, the Ministry of Construction has taken this project as one of key projects as well as one of excellent pilot projects. The project company, Anhui Zhongbei Real Estate Development Co Ltd registered and established in February of 2005, in October gained development approval for the land from government through public bid. In March 2006, the planning proposal was approved. In October, the development formalities were completed and the construction started.
