The second phase of school construction project in Angola is nearing completion, including the New Life of Technology, the New Life of Administration,Viana Administration School, Benguela Administration School, two middle schools in Benguela and two more in another area, Bungo Technology Institute.All the construction work of the nine institutes were completed, and supervision has been accepted. The construction works of Namibe Institute of Technology, School of Administration Namibe, two middle schools in Namibe have been completed 95％, and ongoing wall painting, outdoor backfill ; Cabinda Institute of Technology has completed 90％ of the construction, decoration under way; Zaire Administration School has been completed 85％ of the construction, decoration under way.

Teaching facilities are in the process of customs clearance.
