For a period of one and a half months,the mid-term evaluation has been concluded successfully. The assessment process and the results showed that the company-wide work has been in a harmonious atmosphere, continuing to enhance the awareness of the team work. The assessment work conscientiously implements the company＇s goal, to improve the overall operation and management of the company building. The special assessment through multi-evaluation system, such as one-on-one conversation, the secret ballot evaluation, inspection and auditing , leads to a comprehensive understanding and assessment of the company＇s performance, encourages employees to improve their own quality and carries out their job responsibility, and so provides a basis for promotion, dismissal, rewards and punishments, training, job adjustment and do a good job in building the echelon team work.
