2009 CMCEC Management and Administration Conference was held in Beijing on 22nd January. Four Project Managers gave presentations in opportunities and challenge in new energy source development, municipal household waste incineration, Burma economic situation introduction and market development analysis in Angola respectively. All the staff attended the conference.

   CMCEC’s main performance evaluation indicator was achieved in 2008 in despite of the global financial crises and the varied economic circumstances. Meanwhile, CMCEC is confronted with many difficulties. Mr. Xing Guoyou pointed out in the report that 2009 will be one of the most difficult and hard year, on the other hand, it also will be a year of opportunity. CMCEC shall judge and grasp the macro-economic situation properly, analysis and adjust the management strategy objectively to realize the object of quality and speed.

    In view of Management and Administration in 2009, Deputy Manager Xing Guoyou pointed out that we shall：

    1. Expand Market development, Enhance projects Reservation

    Mobilize all the forces, optimize the resource distribution, arouse the enthusiasm of all staff and use all active factors to create favorable condition for marketing development.

    2.Strengthen management and administration, realize scientific development.

    All the divisions shall carry out all-around risk management by operation risks covering including investment, debt, payment and ect, and strengthening of supervision. Meanwhile, new business sector should be combined to strengthen process and control management so as to consider and manage as many risks before they happen.

    Mr. Xing Guoyou noted that in the coming 2009, all the divisions were expected to see the conditions clearly, overcome difficulties, cooperate tightly to fulfill every single task, and make contributions for our company.
