"55 law enforcement" means China's fifth five-year planning law popularization in 2006.Its main purpose is to further promote the construction of corporate decision-making in accordance with the law and legal system to guard against the risk; to improve enterprise management especially for enterprises leaders' ability of management; as well as to further improve the quality of legal awareness of the entire staff.
Company's party and administration leaders attached great importance to this, called on officials to set up law popularizing and propagating group to seriously implement the work, and in June-July this year, the organization's staff conducted the training for law popularization, namely the "Company Law" and "Securities Law" "Bankruptcy Law", "Property Law" and "Enterprise Income Tax Law," "Labor Contract Law" and "Anti-monopoly Law “. Through propaganda, written tests, selection of the three phases of the internal law popularization activities, first round coverage reached 100%. After training, paper examination were carried. The best departments and individuals could be given incentives, and at the same time,three representatives selected from the company would participate the contest finals of law popularization on behalf of the CMCEC. On July 3, after heated matches, our team chosen from 22 teams went directly to the finals and won the best prize.
The law popularization contest were strongly supported by the company leaders. Law popularization activities, the company created an atmosphere of law-learning, law-abiding and law-using, which enhanced the public education of the legal system focused on enterprise management level, having improved enterprise management capability and promoted the law popularization activities.
