Outward Bound

Modern society is in a high degree of social interaction. In this increasingly fast pace of life, the work divisions are getting smaller with more work pressure.

The emotional exchanges between people are more and more difficult in competitive environment. To achieve the overall team strengths and complement each other's performance are especially important.

We pay attention to the company's overall quality of staff. In order to enhance the work of all staff in teamwork capacity, the Department of General Administration arranged the outward bound in Shidu Langqi Training Center for two days on the theme of "self-challenging, team exercised,". The well-planned training by professional company was divided into four categories according to the actual needs, which included 'trust on falling back', 'Broken Bridge at high altitudes', 'Passing the power grid' and 'Graduation wall'.

Outward bound is an outdoor experiential training activities to challenge the limit, which combines the challenges of high and low elements in order to encourage the morale and the potential ability and to stimulate creative ability. Through this training, we have many benefits:       

1. Effectively develop self-potential, while enhance and strengthen the quality of the individual psychological. In the training, each person's personality and ability had a great development. It makes you feel that the human potential is endless. In face of difficulties, the biggest enemy is ourselves, so the first step for taking victory is to overcome yourself!  

2. Cooperation awareness. In the training program, the team's internal communication with each other accounts for 80% of the time. It’s to complete a project through our common efforts by team members within a specified period of time. Throughout the training, everyone will get help and support from other members of the team. At the same time, in order to solve a problem or to complete a cooperation project, each of us must be on their own views and thoughts, which are shared, discussed or even cross-examined each other by team members. The closely cooperation between the higher and lower levels of work among the employees has inspired higher working morale and innovative spirit, which makes a more cohesive team.

3. To improve interpersonal relations. In the process of training, mutual concerns among members of the team greatly help facilitate the relations. We should learn to think for others, taking yourself in the sake of others, and then there may be more understanding and caring. The activities are not only to stimulate the potential of individuals, but also to enhance the company's overall cohesion which have inspired the staff of the high dedication and hard work of innovation.
